Wastewater Treatment Manager - Industrial

RahrBSG is looking for a Wastewater Treatment Manager to join our team. T he Wastewater Treatment Manager oversees and performs various tasks necessary to operate, maintain, repair, and ensure compliance with Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) permits for the onsite wastewater treatment facility at the malting campus in Shakopee, MN. These duties include plant operation (sequencing batch reactor, SBR, and membrane bioreactor, MBR), sample collection, sludge processing, equipment operation and maintenance, process control, troubleshooting of the treatment process and equipment, and partnering with third party contractors on hauling solids and ongoing compliance requirements. The Wastewater Treatment Manager is responsible for implementing best practices to optimize the facility’s performance as well as maintaining the company’s water quality trading agreement to offset pollutants to the Minnesota River.
