Bilingual Customer Service Account Representative 1

RahrBSG is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Account Representative 1. The candidate for this remote position will be located in Ontario or Quebec and be fluent in both English and French. The Account Representative 1 acts as the primary liaison between the company and our valued customers. Key responsibilities include providing customer support and account management, addressing inquiries, researching concerns, escalating either as needed, managing complex order fulfillment processes, and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to ensure customer support standards are continuously met. The Account Representative 1 is dedicated to fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through exceptional service and strategic account management.

NOTE: This role can have a designated territory assigned or may provide coverage over multiple territories as needed. Both require that the Account Representative is responsible for ensuring service standards and expectations are consistently met.
